Heart Walk 2012!

Once again, we're gearing up for our annual Heart Walk in Erie.

•  Heart disease is the #1 killer of Americans, claiming over 600,000 lives annually•  25% of all deaths in the US are from heart disease•  In Pennsylvania alone, more than 38,000 people die annually from heart disease and stroke
